About Our President

We are honored to introduce our CEO, Ines Calderon – a remarkable individual with an inspiring journey. Born in Milagro, Ecuador, Ines embarked on a life-changing journey when she immigrated to the United States in 2006. Her unwavering work ethic and relentless pursuit of excellence have driven her accomplishments from the very beginning.


For the past four years, Ines has led Calderon Enterprises, LLC, assuming the role of CEO in 2019. Under her strategic leadership, our company has reached new heights. With her determination, exceptional management skills, and vision, she has guided us towards growth and prosperity. Ines’ passion for excellence and dedication make her a true inspiration.     We specialize in responsive, fast-track deployments. Depending on the scope and location, we can mobilize within 24–72 hours for most decommissions or relocation projects. Our team is trained to handle short lead times without compromising quality, professionalism, or safety.

  • Do you offer warehousing or furniture storage?

    Yes. Calderon operates a secure 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility in Baltimore for short- or long-term storage of office furniture and equipment. Our storage process includes item-level inventory, photo verification, and easy access when it’s time to re-stage or reinstall.

  • Are you able to handle multi-phase or after-hours projects?

    Absolutely. We regularly manage phased tenant improvements, end-of-lease transitions, and weekend or after-hours work to avoid business disruption. Every project is staffed with experienced leads who coordinate closely with your team for seamless execution across phases.
